Witness the Evil
Produced in both English and French, this documentary focuses on the Canadian Forces’ experience in the tiny African state of Rwanda during that country's genocide horror in 1994. This program is now considered a breakthrough in the recognition, treatment and awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, an ailment experienced by some soldiers who serve in war zones.
